Shaykh AbdulKarim Yahya found the light of Islam in 1989. In 1996, the Shaykh moved to the great city of Knowledge Damascus to study under the great teacher Abu Anas after being inspired by the works of Imam al-Ghazali. After learning in Damascus, the Shaykh moved to the esteemed Hadramaut, where he currently resides. Here, Shaykh AbdulKarim was able to study under the famous Shaykh Habib Umar and Shaykh Habib Mashhour. As of now, the Shaykh has mastered Islamic fields such as arabic grammar, jurisprudence, arabic language and fiqh. Shaykh AbdulKarim is also famous for being the translator for Habib Umar and Habib Ali al-Jifri.
